Loan Servicing Rights:
You have the right under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act to notify the Bank of the Orient if you believe an error has been made in the servicing of your residential home loan. To do this you will need to contact the Bank and indicate you would like to file a Notice of Error. You can ask the Bank to investigate the error and contact you with a response. If you would like information about modifying, extending, or renewing your residential mortgage loan, or if the Bank offers loan work out plans, you will need to contact Bank of the Orient. You can contact the Bank during normal business hours at:

The Bank may ask you to complete certain documents to determine if you are eligible for a loan modification, renewal, extension or work out plan. The Bank may ask you to complete a loan application, provide personal financial information such as financial statements, income and deposit verification documents, tax returns and other information. The Bank may also obtain a credit report concerning your credit history. The Bank may require a new appraisal for the property securing your loan. You may be charged for these services.
